Get outside and listen for squirrels scurrying or leaves blowing in the wind. Draw something that makes you smile. • Make up a silly animal. • Sketch your favourite place. • Design a birthday cake. Colour Hunt Go on a quiet scavenger hunt around your classroom or home. Look for each of the colours below. Lie on the floor with a stuffie on your chest. 2. Breathe in deeply and watch your furry friend rise up. Hold your breath at the top. 3. Breathe out slowly and watch your stuffie fall. 4.
