Eating fruits, vegetables, and proteins like beans or lean meat can improve your memory and concentration. * Energy boosters! Snacks like bananas and granola bars give you strength to play. * Bone builders! Foods like Greek yogurt and sweet potatoes are good for your bones and muscles. * Cold busters! Eating broccoli and apples helps your immune system fight off germs. Food for Thought Food for Thought Some schools have lunch and snack programs. Ask your grown-up to find out what is available at your school! Food Programs In Vinh, Vietnam, many kids go home to eat lunch. A main dish is gà xáo sà, chicken that is cooked with lemongrass and served with white rice.
